All is energy, all is power. We know it badly; and yoga has exactly for goal to awaken in us and out of us this energy.
But yoga doesn't cut down, as one too often believes it in West, to the famous Asanas (stances). Here, some more secret exercises are unveiled that aim the internal organs directly: Shat-Karma, Bandha, Mudra, Pranayama, Kriya,.

The extraordinary strength that sleeps lightly in the man is called" Shakti" that represents the aspect moving of the Reality: it is demonstration. When its awakening occurs, it is going to unite in "Shiva" that represents the static aspect of the Reality. By this union, man becomes "Shiva-Shakti." For him, all becomes real, "Mâyâ" not being anymore illusion, but power.

Everybody thinks to know yoga, however this one is more that the mastery of a set of stances. It includes a whole process of growth initiatique: mastery of the breath and its energy (Pranayama), sacred gesture (Mudrâ), exercises of purification (Shat-Karma), visualization, meditation and of other methods based on the ancient Indian knowledge that one recovers in the ayurvedic science. The body and the mind, bound by circuits and the wheels of energy, are seen and experienced like an all vibratory bound endlessly.
