In Taï-Chi, thought cannot be dissociated from movement: it is necessary to be entirely, there body and soul. He cannot be made in a kind of dream, mind elsewhere.
Taï-Chi is a realization of every movement of the body in one « here and now » total. The constant passage from an attitude to other one without any break imposes on the mental to be present in permanence at the sequence of movements..

Charles Antoni belonged from 1964 to 1968 to the troop of the Theater of the Sun. From 1969 he does many journeys and lives in India, in Central Asia, in China, in Mexico etc., studying the different "traditions" of the path that lead to the awakening of the inner world. In the same way he writes his first works about philosophy and about the practice of these various Traditions. In 1977, he founds and enliven as chief-publisher the magazine L'Originel, that thereafter becomes publishing house. Research deepened, in a perspective of opening, for the knowledge of the being and its possibles.
