Zikr-i-daïm, or perpetual request of the heart: request without word and beyond all forms of religion. This technology of Zikr is accompanied by a rather difficult respiratory process but by a real effectiveness, which is aimed at the transfer of the action of Zikr in the subtle body. The air which we sniff brings the food necessary for the second body of the man: the body of soul. By this process, this one becomes more perceptual, more real and acquires a real consistency. Zikr means memory of God. His practice allows to remember God, and so to get closer to him: it has the effect of strengthening soul by giving him courage to go through the way of Perfection.

For an understanding deepened by the different aspects of this way: doctrine and spiritual techniques. Sufism is not a worship but a "school". This work is a tale of life and acts of Khwâja Bahauddin Naqshbandi de Boukhara, one of the big saints and soufis reformers of the XVth century.  It is specified that « technology is passed on obviously only by personal contact itself », where from the necessity of a "school".
