L'éveil ordinaire

Ordinary awakening is the path between what we think we are and what we are in truth. The awakening to our Being is a return to what we are genuinely, naturally. By identifying ourselves to the appearances, we have forgotten our simplicity, our original nudity. If we want to know ourselves, to find ‘the one’ we really are, we have to locate ourselves at the source, before the conceptual mind to which we have identified ourselves, and especially through which we try to understand. We are the prisoners of a role. It is by getting clear from the mind and its beliefs, in the authenticity of the heart, that we will find our true identity and that we will see ourselves free at last.
